According to CapitaLand’s press release (last dated in September 2002), the multinational developer is officially launching their latest luxury condominium, Belmond Green, at $948 psf. This freehold property is located in the exclusive Balmoral Road in prime District 10 and comprises 211 units across five 12-storey blocks.

By the time it’s completed, Belmond Green will hold the title of being the largest freehold residential development in Balmoral Road.
